Wed July 22

Today was “Food for Families day” . We handed out 625 boxes of food to people in the community that are 60 and older that meet the HUD income requirements. It was a blessing to be able to take part in this. I understand it was hotter at home today than here in Louisiana. Remember those of you that asked why I’d be going to Louisiana in the summer? We’ll I guess it was to stay cool!

Good work Alice!
We miss you at the pool!
Our new class, core workout, is not as fun as the shallow water aerobics.
Louanne had me buy her a coin belt from my last dance show. (she paid for it) She did not have time to model it. gottogo.. my kid needs a ride to her friends. peace out!
